About Us
I’m Gianna — the planner behind Peak Efficiency Events. Event planning has been a central part of my professional life for over a decade. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre with a focus on Stage Management and Production, where I developed the organizational, logistical, and problem-solving skills that translate perfectly into managing complex events.
Since then, I’ve worked across many areas of the event industry. My experience includes producing and coordinating large-scale events with over 1,200 guests, managing logistics for multiple on-site productions, and professionally assisting with event setup, operations, and cleanup for more than 10 years. I served as the Operations Manager for a wedding venue in Hyde Park, where I oversaw event logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and day-of execution for weddings and private events.
My approach to planning is simple: organization, efficiency, and attention to detail. From the first idea to the final cleanup, I work to make sure every element of your event is thoughtfully coordinated and stress-free.
